At 360 Beauty Scents, we partner with trusted delivery providers to ensure your orders reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Nairobi & Major Towns: 1–2 business days
  • Other Regions in Kenya: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly based on product availability and your location.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Shipping fees depend on your location and the size or weight of the item.
  • The exact delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • We occasionally run free delivery promotions on selected items.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates via WhatsApp and email. You can also check your delivery status anytime by visiting “My Orders” in your 360 Beauty Scents account.

4. Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Our team may contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable during delivery, we’ll get in touch to reschedule. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to our store.

6. Important Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.
  • Large or high-value items may require additional coordination or delivery time.
