Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.360beautyscents.co.ke (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read it carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

1. When Can You Return an Item?

You may request a return if any of the following apply:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The item is missing parts or accessories.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and freebies (if any) are included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty or delivered in error:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
  • Innerwear and undergarments.
  • Personal care and hygiene products for safety reasons.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.

For damaged/defective items, please include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging to help us speed up the assessment.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your 360 Beauty Scents account and go to Order History.
  2. Select the order and click Request Return.
  3. Fill in the required details and upload photos (if applicable).
  4. Our team will review your request and send return instructions (including return address or pickup details).

If you checked out as a guest, please contact us via WhatsApp or email (see Need Help?) with your order number.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method or as Store Credit (your choice).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours after approval.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

5. Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request an exchange during the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange isn’t possible, we will process a refund instead.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping or arrange pickup.
  • For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process above after delivery.
