Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

– The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

– The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

– You have proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

– Opened or used fragrances more than one quarter, skincare, or beauty products.

– Customized gift items.

– Gift cards or promotional items.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Provide your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue.

3. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will replace it at no extra cost. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
