Paco Rabanne, or rather Francisco Rabaneda Cuervo, an architect by training, became famous as the enfant terrible of the French fashion world in the 1960s. Rabanne began his career designing jewelry for Givenchy, Dior and Balenciaga fashion houses. He founded his own fashion house in 1966 and in 1968 he released his first fragrance. In his projects, he uses unconventional materials such as metal, paper or plastic. He gained recognition for his unconventional and extravagant execution of colognes and perfumes. Today, Rabanne fragrances are known for being an image of wealth and boldness, a mirror image of the spirit of their creator.
Phantom by Paco Rabanne is a Woody Aromatic fragrance for men. It is a new perfume, Phantom was launched in 2021. Phantom was created by Anne Flipo, Dominique Ropion, Loc Dong and Juliette Karagueuzoglou. Top notes are lavender, lemon peel and Amalfi lemon; middle notes are lavender, apple, smoke, earthy notes and patchouli; base notes are vanilla, lavender and vetiver.
